Our Programme: BRIC Internship Scheme, CPAFFC, US English Access Programme
We have been partners with the Walloon Government Agencies for Employment, Le Forem, for more than four years. In collaboration with them we have helped young Belgian graduates in getting quality internship in all economical sectors in India (Marketing, Hospitality, Engineering, Science, Audiovisual, Translation, NGO, Business Development, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and many more).
We also are the Indian partner for the US State Department programme called US English Access. The programme aim was to empower the Youth thourhg the use of English and technology. During the programme the twenty five students from small villages were offered each an Ipad with an internet connection and cultural and language trip to the USA where the students learned English and the importance of English as a skill.
We have mostly been successful when entering governmental bid. We understand the complexity and the high standard requirements that are involved into these complex tenders. We don’t stop to what the tender demands, we go the extra mile: we look at the tender to understand what the underlying objectives are; how we can maximise the learning outcomes, how can we integrate extra learning for the student, what are the possibilities to create unique experience.
A part from the education outcome, security is our main concern. We have created a strong security policy that every member of our company has to sign, it also make us create a security policy for every programme. Our security is based on principle: Prevention, Training, and Monitoring. We analyse the potential risk in the programme and establish counter measures. All of the participants go through a security training where they get to know how to react in extreme situation; they also get all the emergency contact details, as well as the identification and contact details of our team members.
