Edulab Education Exchange Pvt. Ltd. ( India) has won the  bid for U.S. Cultural Immersion Institute for English Access Microscholarship Program for Teachers and Students from Pakistan and India (Summer 2014).  It shall be representing India & implementing the program in the country in coordination with the Embassies and World Learning office in the US.
The goal of this project is to provide cultural exchange, language immersion, multiculturalism, and leadership development for 50 Access Program teachers and students. Thirteen teachers & thirteen students from India shall be joining a group of 13 teachers and 13 students from Pakistan for 2 -3 weeks. Both groups will participate in cultural immersion & leadership trip and also learn about life in the U.S. through participation in activities such as: interaction with or visits to families, museums, education environments (high schools and community colleges or institutions of higher education), music, theater, recreational activities, and/or sporting events.

Edulab is a proud member of “World Youth Student Exchange” a body endorsed by UNESCO and an affiliate member of UNWTO & are now also an observer to the “Federation of Experiential Living” a body which looks after youth programs across the world and supporter of Peace Corps. They represent India in this world’s most powerful network of youth and student travel professionals, connecting key industry players with decision makers and government officials worldwide. “ Paid Internships in India ” is their flagship program besides volunteering, Cultural exchange and other such programs.

He says “ There are many programs sponsored in India by USA & other governments which happen annually. However there is lack of awareness of such programs and so many of us are not even aware of such great initiatives being taken. Also these programs after implementation are forgotten. The need of the hour is continuous engagement to drive the learnings of the program to local communities & enhance the reach and message of the program. The most appealing part of this program is that we shall aid the participants set up community-based projects which they will carry out after the trip to the

US has been completed. “ This program will thus be a great platform for kids from remote India to learn a new language and meet and network with people from USA & Pakistan to enhance their global outlook. Edulab looks forward to undertake many such programs in future which emphasize on their main objective of experiential learning & cultural immersion
